The scene is of Fletcher Cove in Solana Beach CA, I love how the Torrey Pines twist their way to the sky enduring the steady wind, blazing sun, and above all, time. I painted this piece for my good friend Rick Elliot and his wife Leah as a gift of friendship and to celebrate their marriage. Their wedding was beautiful.
